11. The police killings are a bit more complicated that pure racism.

I think it has to do with the animal instinct to dominate. In the case of the police, they choose victims of the cruelty in proportion to the likelihood that they would ever have repercussions from the shootings. Pets, black people, seniors, mentally ill and something children. All are unarmed and not likely to cause the police person any problem. That is because the police person feels more powerful
than those victims which make them feel a sense of domination, which is a raw animal instinct.
