were done for the assassin. Doesn't he post bond?

I don't have any experience in criminal law.

The crime victims rights act gives the right of victims to be updated on the case, and to be present and speak in cases, which includes bond hearings.

Under this law, the family has every right to be present in a bond hearing, and to testify.

Bond has been set at 1 million dollars on the weapons charge (another judge will set bond on the murder charges), so he will not be posting bond anytime soon.
