(35,077 posts)If Storm's most recent address is correct, then it was a two hour drive to that church, the Charleston area is filled with churches, and that particular church does not show up in the front page if one searches for it, and there are churches of the same denomination that are even closer (With such one church being only about 30 minutes away).

There are posters denying he was white, claiming he was a she that had been raped, claiming he should have gone after politicians in DC because the REAL rape is paying taxes, posts claiming he should have gone after Mexicans....
Nothing about self reflection that spewing hate 24/7 can inspire someone to act on it.

(37,364 posts)of the Southern Poverty Law Center a little while ago. The representative spoke about how these beliefs were commonly espoused by white supremacist groups. But then RW hate media is the platform for disseminating those ideas. I think this man was in deeper than being enticed by rhetoric or websites. I'll bet you a donut that he was a member of one.
