Supreme Court rules that states can reject license tag messages. No decision on SSM or ACA

No decision on same sex marriage or ACA today. Several other decisions, including 5-4 ruling that license tags are "government speech" with the most unusual majority: the four liberals plus Thomas. One of the other decision (a criminal justice issue) had an unusual pairing writing together in concurrence: Ginsburg and Scalia.
