TPP & Trans Fats; a futile exercise?

Why won't passage of the TPP
allow foreign corporations to sue
for lost profits if the ban on
trans fats damages their profitability?

If USA laws banning trans fats
decrease expected profits,
won't foreign corporations
seek redress through ISDS?
