To Those Fellow DU'ers Who Don't Understand: Use of "Fringe Avatar" by Many of us Bernie Supporters

Many of us are using the "Fringe Sig" as a tribute to DU'er "JackpineRadical," who just passed away, to honor his creativity, humor and memory.

He was a huge Bernie Supporter who Created the Avatar because there were some in news media making fun of Bernie's hair as a silly attack on him. Other Bernie supporters are, and have been, using it because Bernie is an underdog candidate and the "Fringe Hair" Avatar is a humorous way to poke fun back at attacks by Media who want to tar Bernie as a "Fringe Left Wing Radical."

Some DU'ers might have been confused and wondering if the Sig Avatar is was some kind of attack on Bernie (calling him Fringe) and not realize that it's Bernie Supporters making fun of Bernie Media Attackers and others of us honoring the Avatar's Creator at this time of his recent passing.

...because that's apparently the only way we might get an agenda benefitting us all into the White House.

I think he's well on his way to being welcomed as mainstream, and that is thrilling.
