They were worried if he could elevate himself over the other excellent GOP candidates.

I just kept thinking... these people actually get paid to evaluate elections. Why?

7. no, they are paid to sell us John Bush

It's marketing. Much like referring to John Ellis Bush only by the cutesy nicname while using everyone else's real names. The same people take an entirely different slant when talking about Sanders.

The NYTimes has a headline today -- "Bush's Surprising Struggle with Moderates" "Surprising"?! That's an advertising word, a hypnotic suggestion that tells us we should have forgotten the recent past. They suggests that it is 'surprising' that people remember how bad GWB was ! The Grey Lady pushing am-news-ia.

There's no reason at all why Jeb should not be asked to comment on it.

Jeb! may be the precedent-breaking candidate who will run away from his family's dynastic name. He's got the vig to stay in the race long after the Carsons, Fiorinas, Rubios and the other no-hopers have faded back into obscurity, but I just don't see his path to the nomination of the GOP.

That being said, it doesn't augur too well to imagine who the GOP is going to put up in 2016. Bad train of thought to be following.
