According to Magnificent Cat Rescue:
Tiger Tim had a very special visitor on Friday: Nancy, his first foster.
Without Nancy, Tiger Tim would be dead by now, because we cannot rescue cats if we do not have foster homes to take them in.
We could not have pulled him from the ACC without Nancy.
We are always desperate for local fosters, but so are rescues all over the country.
Nancy has a message for all of you:
"To all the people offering Tiger Tim a home: Since there is only one Tiger Tim and he is still trying to get better, will you please consider fostering or adopting another cat in need? There are so many!!!
"Just think, had Tiger Tim not had a place to go to, his story would have never been told. He would have more than likely been put to sleep on a cold metal table.
"Since June is Adopt a Cat month, what better way to celebrate than to help a homeless kitty? Please consider it and if/when you do hashtag #?TeamTigerTim.

(2,150 posts)7. I wish with all my heart that we could have driven the 1,500 plus miles trip
to pick up that sweet boy. Even then, in his delicate condition the long car ride might really stress him out.
I worried about how our two cats would react as well.
The unknown...anxiety. We didn't answer the call but we did pray for the little guy.
Love and kitty hugs to you little guy.
