The POTUS appoints and the Senate confirms. Tell the truth.

Unless we have 60 votes in the Senate it doesn't matter if Bernie or Hillary win in 2016.

The bigger problem may be if the GOP gets control of 34 states and calls for a constitutional convention we might end up with a POTUS like we had before George Washington. And yes we had a president before GW.

It's always ironic to me that Washington, hailed as the "best of the Virginians", wound up siding with the New Englanders against the rest of the Virginians on the need for a stronger central government.
