The Texas anti-choice decision - WHY WE MUST ELECT A DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENT IN 2016

http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2015/06/federal-court-texas-law-will-close-majority-abortion-clinics

All George W. Bush appointees. This is who a Republican President would appoint to more circuits, and to the SCOTUS.

Is this what we want?

Another reason why I get so flipping mad at the purists on here that will only vote Democratic if THEIR candidate wins. Screw that. No Democrat would appoint these cretins to the SCOTUS. Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, et al would do it in a second.

Otherwise the chance of even a middle of the road nominee for the court would be nil.
