Right now though we have people projecting who's going to win, who's going to concede, what they are going to say, what they are going to wear, etc. We seem to have dueling threads per candidate on just about every topic imaginable.

Knowing that we're still eight months out and all we'll have to analyze during that time period is candidate stump speeches is just so exhausting for me.

Nothing wrong with people projecting who's going to win, who's going to concede, what they are going to say, what they are going to wear, etc. We seem to have dueling threads per candidate on just about every topic imaginable.

Makes it fun.

Hair on fire over here, whaaambulance shrieking down the street over there, someone gouging out their eyes with a spoon over disrespect of their hero/heroine waaay over there... It's like a horror flick and a circus all rolled into one!

I can't believe how many folks take a discussion board filled with posters they have never met seriously.

So funny.

Sure there are probably thousands who post in other parts of DU, but in GD how many would you estimate there are?

And you must declare your back-up candidates now too!!!!!

We couldn't possibly wait for any actual campaigns to make such a decision.

Pass the popcorn. I find this highly predictable though.

In the meantime we have elections on Sunday in Mexico, and those might not precisely be peaceful... but hell, who gives a shit?

I do...

are not holding the primary right now here on DU. I think we will all survive. I use ignore a lot so I can stay sane. Although I suppose that Hillary supporters would not agree.
