7. The only people to whom Saddam was a threat

were those he ruled over. His army was shattered by the Gulf War, and not that great even then. The Iraqis and Iranians fought a very nasty war for eight years or so, which left the Iraqi army in a shambles.

Monkeyman was a threat to the well-being of everybody in the freaking world. He should have been given a banana and a tire swing.
