Anyone else having problems w/ Rec button?

Twitter is still boycotted (briefly shows up before even space for it disappears) but last few days, every time I try to Rec a post I get 'thread info' instead. Google+ works, so it's not just 'misaligned' links. My phone's old & does have problems w/ some sites, but this inability to Rec is new. And frustrating.
