Citizen's United. Or is she off the mark on this one.

(130,964 posts)3. FEC's been a paper tiger for many years,
and if anything, Citizen's United gives them less to do: NOTHING (almost) is prohibited.
AND, different from other agencies, FEC's membership of 6 is deliberately handicapped: 3 from each party.
