A couple weeks ago, I posted an OP titled, Tim's cry for help.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/1279221
Tim was a cancer patient we were desperately trying to treat with Cannabis Oil. Tim Died this morning about 6 AM. His family is devastated.
We got the oil to him too late, he was already too far gone, but the oil did enable him to eat, sleep and reduce his morphine intake from 4-5 doses per day down to just one. He was comfortable and able to be with his grand-kids.
Several DUers donated to his gofundme page, which was used to buy liquid vitamins and good organic foods to give him a better chance to fight the disease. Thanks for your efforts DU! We did what we could.
His wife is flat broke, if anyone wishes to donate a little more, her family would be very grateful.

His wife Nelda wishes to find a cancer patient who can use the left over oil. We received enough donations to produce over an OZ of oil. She wants to become active in the MMJ community to build a legacy for her husband.
May you rest in peace Tim.

(12,958 posts)We gave it our best shot. There must be a way to get treatment into the hands of patients before it is too late. We will fight on.

(12,958 posts)As did he wife Nelda. He was a tough guy. Both his sons followed in his footsteps and became electricians. To me that says a lot about what kind of guy he was, that his sons both wanted to be like their dad.
