It takes the abused citizens of these communities to show the police how the community and police are supposed to work together...
Like Ferguson, seems like the citizens (outside the relative few knuckle heads every city has) are pretty upstanding and relatively good folk who have exercised an exceptional level of patience and grace...
even towards people who for the most part have a culture of abusing them...
5.7 million dollars of judgments against the BPD and area LEOs in the last 3 years IINM...
One solution is to get the area LEOs to live in the places they patrol ...
Kinda hard to kill KieF nem if the LEO knows his father...
