I recall the media didn't give the Afro-American Senator from Illinois much of a chance in 2007

Guess the media was wrong again.....

He's spent a year organizing political and financial support?

He gave a stirring Keynote Address at a National Convention to raise his profile?

He'll be able to raise the hundreds of millions of dollars any candidate will need for THIS year's race?

He's a mainstream candidate who can appeal to liberals and centrists?
