Am in the hospital a week now

The bipolar problems I've had for more than a year made it necessary to come in. Not so much depression ultimately as tremendously bad sleep patterns. They're not close to being resolved even after a week here. But the hospital is very nice. The staff is lovely and the patients, while troubled, are too. I'm in good hands. But tired.

Having good staff to deal with always helps, especially if you have to stay there a while.

I hope the hospital you are in is easier to sleep in than the hospitals I've been in.

Get well and take care of yourself.

And unlike the medical side there are no machines beeping constantly. They do check every half hour to see you're ok but that's minor. It's just the internal wiring that's off. Thanks for your concern
