The Superintendent of The Little Rock School District apparently plagiarized his dissertation.
Matt Campbell, of the Blue Hog Report, has delved into the credentials of the Little Rock School District's Superintendent Dexter Suggs and found some disturbing similarities between his Doctoral Dissertation and the writing of other researchers. This isn't just a phrase here and there- entire pages are identical.

For those who do not know, the Arkansas State Board of Education recently voted to take over the Little Rock School District due to low performing schools. They disbanded the Little Rock School Board, but left Dr. Suggs (or should that be "Dr." Suggs?) in place to run the district.
