USA Today interviews HUD Secretary, Julian Castro, rising Democrat.

A good intro to Julian who is mentioned frequently for Democratic VP. He also was the Keynote Speaker at the last Democratic Convention. He is 2nd generation Mexican immigrant...a Tejano, not to be confused with Republicans Cruz and Rubio who are Cubanos. He's been called the "new Obama"...one can hope.

I imagine some Dem campaign workers are digging for dirt and hoping he comes up squeaky clean right now.

in 2016 no matter who wins the nomination. He's very impressive.

6. First time I learned of him he was featured with Wendy David, Texas. Then a photo with Hillary.

Then Obama brings him to DC. Love his mother, Rosie, too. Special single woman, Rosie Castro who raised two fine sons.

He's used to being "the youngest" and has done well each time. I also like twin Joaquin D-Texas for maybe Texas Governor? Could happen.
