intentionally filed a false police report which in and of itself is illegal and obstruction of justice. He also claimed to provide assistance and CPR and made no mention of the shooter dropping the taser by the body.

Law enforcement personnel routinely keep an unregistered firearm to plant at a crime scene. They also carry drugs that can be planted on a suspect. As long as we fail to acknowledge this these injustices will continue.
