New Video ON CNN of Killer Cop Being Debriefed Afterward, why is his left pants let rolled up?

SORRY NO LINK YET.

Just saw a new video on CNN, maybe from a local SC station, apparently of Slagger being debriefed by another officer seemingly right after the shooting. He is gesturing and talking, possibly describing the confrontation, no sound.

BUT, his left pants leg is rolled up above the knee for some reason.

Did he claim he had a boo boo on his leg from the bad bad black man?

I know that , many, people have an ankle holster. Most people are right handed, it would make sense that the ankle holster would be on the easiest to get to side. I said nothing about a taser, only replying to the rolled up pant leg comment. And after watching the 8th shot, I had to stop watching the video cause I thought I would cry from horror.
