Allegations of racial slurs in Georgia court

http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/story/28733425/allegations-of-racial-slurs-in-court

Without doing a single thing, Allen Duray Green is at the center of a controversy at the Fannin County Courthouse. But for him, it's more than just controversy, it's a personal attack....

March 16, Green was in the courthouse, waiting to testify in Robert Vivian's bond hearing. The two are friends, and Vivian is charged with burglary and arson. Multiple people who were in the courtroom tell FOX 5, Judge Roger Bradley, while going through the list of witnesses, asked who Green was.

"That's when the two investigators popped off, the 'N-word, Ray.'"

A lieutenant was first to identify Green as "N Ray", then a second deputy confirmed the nickname to the judge, also calling him "N Ray," according to multiple witnesses.

Gosh, I love living in post-racial 'Merka!
