problem wasn't the republicans, but within his on party.

It is nothing short of amazing what he has accomplished in his 8 years, and it sure wasn't because of the Congress but in spite of them.

The Repubs are trying to take us to war, for the sake of their Obama hatred.

On the other hand, the executive branch has too much power IMO, stemming from the Bush power grab. I would personally like to see a stronger legislature and a weaker executive.

But it does seem backwards starting with Bush. Hopefully the next President goes back to basic government 101.

If the legislature we have right now was stronger we would have WWIII.
Looks like Dems are trying to take us to war, too.
Hopefully the other signatories in this agreement count for something.

...but I can see it from here.

Choose peace, Dems. If you are pretending to want a better deal, don't let that take down the one we just got.

Telling them they're to blame if Iran walks.

Then go to UNSC to remove some sanctions so China, etc. can buy their oil if they comply with the deal.

Including the SWIFT financial system, if possible.

After the fact, the vote either won't happen, be veto-proof, or should be ignored by Obama.

Maybe by then, Iran will realize the Congress is powerless in this.
