5. Thanks! I see 3 in WA: Amazon, Microsoft and T-Mobile. I thought T-Mobile dropped out.

Will check with T-Mobile and express my displeasure.

Amazon really, really needs to get their act together.

Although I sense from previous actions, they're so big they just don't care.

Microsoft, well, I don't do any business with them, but others here may want to write and complain, and that might make an impact.

Although I suspect that they, too, like Amazon, are just too big to care.
