to attack the Clintons I believe by Mirt. The second account wad banned earlier and this last one was banned because he/she did not try or was not good at hiding who he/she was.

It is Mirts job to ban these kind of disruptors.

I have no idea if that was the case here, as MIRT can't do that unilaterally.

Admins might, however.

I hear you about name picking. My last name was very specific to the previous administration. It's an important choice. Now I'm stuck with a Greg The Bunny reference that was mildly funny in 2009.
