The LGBT fight goes far beyond just a fight about gay marriage. It is just like the abortion fight that is really about denying a woman's right to choose. As far as the religious right is concerned and that includes the Catholic Church as a matter of conscience their dogma OWNS the right to force a woman comply with their beliefs. A woman's right is IRRELEVANT.

In the same manner the LGBT fight is more or less a proxy fight about a religious person's or institution's right to essentially force any non believer to comply with the beliefs of their face when seeking a service from a business or institution run by a particular religious group or individual. Their religious freedom trumps discrimination in matter of "CONSCIENCE".

Most American voters do not understand that religious institutions to not recognize LEGAL services they do not agree with. Because they view ALL laws coming from God, even government must reflect God's will because even government comes from God in their view. So the LGBT fight bleeds over to other areas of "conscience". Secular government is not legitimate as far as they are concerned. LGBT rights are so anathema to the religious right that they are determined to go to political war with democracy itself. Religious beliefs are NOT democratic in their eyes.

WE MUST ALL UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS 'NO' COMPROMISE on the issue of "conscience" in their view. And they will defy all efforts to prevent them from this "theocratic" stance.

Even now religious radicals are furious that Indiana and Arkansas compromised. Gays are sinners and and aberrations MUST BE PUNISHED AND SHUNNED. End of argument. NOW AND FOREVER.

These "Christians" do not and will not recognize laws they disagree with. They'll focus only on weakening, chipping away, and dismantling such laws. Look at the Civil Rights Act. WHAT "settled law"? LOOK AT ROE V WADE!!!!! Have they left that one on the books, as is? WHAT "settled law"?

THAT is what we're up against. And it's absolutely correct - they will NOT stop.

And they don't stop, either. They're always looking for a way in. Think cockroaches. Think ants. Think rodent infestations. Think rust.
