Can we get Federal protection from Indiana?

By that, can we just erect signs which say crossing that state line might be hazardous to your health? Denial to any group of people is certainly a danger, and an injury to all should anything happen.

The government is not just there to make the banks richer, I hope. There should be some role here for the greater public safety, and a few big green signs warning of the danger doesn't seem too much to ask.
