Here's a suggestion about mentally ill pilots
If they are unfit to, oh, FLY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN WHAT AMOUNTS TO A MISSILE, require them to sign forms that
permit mental health professionals to inform their employer of the situation.
A pilot being able to conceal a note saying he is NOT FIT TO FLY is an issue, if you ask me.
