It is that he always looks like he's wearing a mask or as if his underwear is a couple sizes too small.

All about facial expression and body language.

If he were being natural/authentic you wouldn't think twice about how he looks.

All of his non-verbal cues and signs point to him being untrustworthy which makes people who notice such things (consciously and unconsciously) uncomfortable.
