Texas Governor/Prosecutorial Fraud in Willingham Execution - No Biggie

I know you've heard that Governor Perry is being indicted because he tried to keep Texas pure and clean concerning a drunk driving incident by a Texas prosecutor. PPPPUUUUHHHHLLLLEEEAAASSSEEE don't fall for the verbal, repetitive, reinforcing Bull CHIT.

A Corrupt Texas Prosecutor and Governor Perry MURDERED Cameron Todd Willingham!

You may ask what an execution case has to do with Governor Perry being indicted for Abuse of Power; and that is a GOOD question to ask/ investigate! Whereas Cameron Todd Willingham (pic above provided by the family and posted by Slate.org) was executed, in 2004, due to, prosecutor fraud, junk science and the refusal of Governor Perry to address such issues.

It is my belief (and hope) that - akin to Capone being prosecuted for Tax Evasion - Governor Perry is being prosecuted for his Abuse of Power, for the sake of being one of the Governors blood lust desires to brag that he executed the most people.

Whereas, when everyone else became aware that the prosecution of Cameron Todd Willingham was bogus (junk science) and the "expert" witness was already being impeached everywhere else, a Commission to investigate the case transpired. HOWEVER, on the very eve that the Commission's report was to be released, the controlling members were relieved of duty; and the new parties NIXED the report from becoming public.

Subsequent inquiries were met with massive resistance. Thus, the question that begs is - WHY? For what reason would anyone bury a report on an execution that has already transpired? Chances are we'll never know, as the powers that be have had too many years to get their ducks in a row. All this blogger knows is - Governor Perry and everyone else that had a hand in making sure Willingham was executed, is guilty in the repugnance of causing murder by state to "nefariously" transpire

When Corruption occurs, especially to do an execution, participants should pay a HUGE penalty for the infliction.

Lawyers on Strike - Against the Real Criminals - Wayward Prosecutors
[br]

Per a blog that I follow with great earnest ("Lawyers on Strike&quot , the recent thread "Real Criminals" takes a shot at the issues of prosecutor misconduct. While Lawyers on Strike Blog address several cases of prosecutor error, it links to a new SLATE.org online item titled "Justice Deferred"

According to the SLATE thread, it is highly likely, even with overwhelming evidence - that justice will come in little or none form, against the wayward prosecutor (who apparently engaged in Perjury, suborn of Perjury, Fraud on the Court and more - to assure the execution of Cameron Todd Willingham).

MORE INFORMATION TO COME

This case has infuriated me, since 2001, when others at DailyKos beguiled me to take precious time and look into the case. I'm no longer able to retrieve my older articles online; but suggest anyone who really cares take a look at my more recent DailyKos article (before Mr. B baited and Bojo'd me from that realm).

For more information, you can see my DailyKos article titled "Political Murder 101: The Lethal Injection of Innocents".

And I highly recommend for those really serious about the facts, to delve into the Innocence Project's evidences that will make you angry and amazed. It is titled "Cameron Todd Willingham: Wrongfully Convicted and Executed in Texas"

After you look at the evidence - if you have the stomach for it - look at this Anderson Cooper piece and the interview of the Defense counsel for Cameron Todd Willingham -- and then go puke - as I've done!

With friends like this - who needs enemies?

This video of the court appointed counsel for Cameron Todd Willingham, makes me sick. Even in one of THE largest cases of our time (O.J. Simpson) - the looking always for more fame counsel (Johnny Cochran) - NEVER talked about his clients case.

It would appear that Texas also has another scheme afoot. Where former officers of the law become court appointed counsels. Thus they can "seem" to be representing the best interests of their purported client. But they can also make sure the "presumed" guilty gets what they deserve.

My only hope / prayer (as I commented on Lawyers on Strike) is that this numnutz keeps running his mouth; and that Governor Perry and the criminal conspiring Texas prosecutor - go down the drain with this scumbag!
