ON WEDNESDAY on my local affiliate of CBS broadcast Let's Make

a Deal as a part of regular programming. During that segment, one of the contestants unexpectedly dropped to his knees and asked his partner to marry him. I think it took everyone by surprise and the host, Wayne Brady, tried to adjust to what was happening with the two contestants. Today, the program has been removed from the lineup and replaced with a notice the programming for that time slot is "to be announced". WTW?

UPDATE: It seems CBS has pulled the show across the nation. Stay tuned.

But I also thought that there were heads exploding all over the country. Wayne has had many gay couples on his show. I hope he keeps it up.

there to be watched on CBS's own website. At least I saw it. Perhaps some affiliates are upset?
