Not just the same old Pi Day, like last year: Happy PI day
From DCRTV.com:
OK radio promotions departments, let's see how closely you've been paying attention. This Saturday is "Super Pi Day", where the first ten digits of Pi are sequentially lined up as the date and time (3/14/15, 9:26:53). How many of you noticed this early enough to get Dangerously Delicious or Pie Sisters on board for a *local* fun weekend giveaway? (3/12/15)

Saturday is going to be a special day.
For the only time this century, it will be Pi Day. No, not Pie Day, but Pi Day, as in day, as in 3/14/15.
And its not just Pi Day but a super Pi Day. So get up early Saturday to rejoice in the glorious moment at 9:26:53 a.m. when it will be 3/14/15 9:26.53. Thats pi figured out to nine digits.

In 2009, Congress officially designated March 14 as Pi Day. And while elementary school students are busily memorizing the mathematical constant to as many places as their brains will allow, marketers around the country rejoiced at this newfound opportunity to allow Americans to indulge in as many Pi(e) tie-ins as their brains could dream up. This year, we are told it's Super Pi(e) Day (3.14.15). Here are a few ways to indulge.

What better way to celebrate pi than through the sound of music?

They'll jump on anything in an attempt to sell food.

I've had a plastic, Trivia Pursuit-shaped wedge container that has the PI symbol on its lid for holding a single piece of pie.
What I'm saying is that I was all about PI 20 years ago, you johnny-come-latelies.
