Understand this is why I oppose Police Unions. They have for the most part stood in the way and opposed any reform.

Which is why both should not exist.

Don Canterbury is calling for adding police to hate crime laws.
There are stiff penalties for assaulting law enforcement officers already. We do not need any more.
