... In June 2014, Assange claimed the district court would nullify the detention decision on detention. The district court rejected his claim. After Julian Assange appealed the District Court's decision, the Court of Appeals also rejected his claim. Julian Assange has subsequently appealed against the decision and asked the Supreme Court to set aside the decision.
