Mackenzie Jackson, 19, wins fight to be named guardian of younger siblings.

The Court will decide in August if this will be permanent. The teenagers lost both their parents in the last couple years and the younger two were placed in foster care. Mackenzie went to court to try to remain as a family. She'll be going to cosmetology school in the fall.

Imagine losing both your parents, fighting to raise both your siblings and imagine finally getting to be a family once more. That is all a reality for 19-year-old MacKenzie Jackson, after learning she has guardianship of both her brother and sister.

MacKenzie told us now that both Spencer and Meagan will be living in their new home, all three will try to get into a regular routine. She'll be taking Spencer, 14, and Meagan, 16, to school, appointments and just spend time with family.

The move to the new home comes after their father passed away. Spencer and Meagan went into foster care in October. But thanks to their older sister Mackenzie Jackson, they'll all be staying together as a family.
