It went up at 8,12 and 15 but remained flat above that so you are probably correct. My computer only detects up to 15,000 hz

which removes high frequencies. If you look carefully, it says you must watch at 1080 and wear headphones for accurate results - I guess 1080 has less audio compression.

When I taught third grade my students could hear at a very high level. Does anyone else remember when the high school kids were playing the sounds and the teachers could not hear?

Barely hear 8000
Can not hear 12000
Barely hear 15000

Much louder at 16000, 17000, 18000, 19000

I do have a small bit of tinnitus, but the 15kHz tone was still fairly distinct in my ears. 16kHz, however, was the breaking point.

and all the other jets you can encounter of the deck of an aircraft carrier. I'm surprised that I can hear as well as I can.

The rest of the "younger" tones I couldn't hear at all, even with a good set of headphones.

My ears are usually significantly above average, and given that I couldn't hear the 16000+ kHz tones...
