Gee - what a coincidence.
The day after Netanyahu spoke to Congress, Israel is now asking for $300 million in additional U.S. funding for missile defense systems,
above the $155 million already requested in military aid for Israel ... requested from Congress.
... (that) helps push total aid to Israel to well over $3 billion per year*.
... with the current U.S. defense budget crunch, it's likely something would have to be cut in the U.S.'s Pentagon budget to pay for the Israeli request.

I completely agree with your concept and would suggest going further, with sanctions, but cutting off aid would be a huge start.
