1. Congrats to them. It is a wonderful thing to adopt rescue dogs.

We have 8 of them now at our house and they are all wonderful.

5. We have three

a 10.5-year-old Lab/Chow mix
a 3.5-year-old Pyr/Malamute/Llasa mix
and a one-year-old Dacshund/Terrier mix

(two girls book-ending the boy)

It's a little cramped when we go for road trips, but I wouldn't trade any of them.
