These photos of full-figured women were taken by the late Leonard Nimoy in 2007 to challenge entrenched concepts of beauty. They echo the work of artists from Botticelli to Matisse and Helmut Newton. and was wonderfully surprised that someone out there sees beauty even in those of us who society deems unacceptable and barely human.
