Woman charged with attempted maiming after allegedly biting boyfriend's genitals

A Tulsa woman was charged with attempted maiming on Wednesday after being arrested last week on a complaint of biting her boyfriend’s genitals as he slept, following an argument.

Amber Ellis, 31, is accused of biting the man’s genitals on Feb. 19 severely enough for him to require five stitches.

The man, who police said is an amputee, reported that he and Ellis were out drinking for a night and began to argue and that the altercation continued at their apartment in the 7600 block of East 49th Street.

The man told police he woke up as Ellis was biting his penis and that she also hit him in the head with a laptop and bit his finger, the report states.

Ellis also faces charges of domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery, as well as threatening an act of violence, which stems from an allegation that she told her boyfriend she would hurt him ...

It looks like an open and shut case for child protective services to put the child in foster care.
