Can someone explain why Boehner and the Tea Bag Band are holding up the DHS bill ??

It was my opinion that some right-wing judge in Texas had upheld their claim that the President was usurping power with his executive orders , especially in regards to immigration?

So, since the judge had approved an injunction against Obama's executive order on immigration, doesn't that mean that the order cannot be executed at this time?

In other words, there is no immigration order at this time? At least, until there is a ruling to over-rule the one judge in Texas?

So, why would Boehner and his Merry Band of Tea Baggers continue to block the DHS budget?? Why would they not let the DHS do its job while the immigration order is held up in the court?

Can someone explain what is going on with those people? Have they gone completely batshit insane??

If they agree with the judge then Boehner will allow the DHS to be fully funded because the immigration matter will be heading to the Supreme Court.
