CPAC Presidential Straw Poll

OXON HILL, Md. (AP) — Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul has won the Conservative Political Action Conference's annual presidential preference straw poll.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker came in second, with 21 percent. Sen. Ted Cruz came in third in the contest with 11.5 percent, followed by retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson with 11.4 percent and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush with 8.3 percent. All of the other names listed received under 5 percent.

But I think it has more to do with them being overly libertarian. That's why the Paul's always win.

None of them are sane and rational.

None of them respect science in making public policy.

All of them have homophobic and mysoginistic attitudes toward gay or simply female fellow Americans.

Not one of them understands anything nor has experience regarding foreign policy.

All five of them are Sarah Palin on steroids.

Someone over in Russia who is a big Rand Paul fan. And his friend in Brazil, too. They must be so hopeful at the moment for their country. (Oops, former country.)
