Homeland Security

I hear the sequester will impact DHS. I understand a bunch of useful agencies were rolled into DHS after 9/11, like the Border Patrol or INS, but I've always been suspicious of DHS, seemed like a porkbarrel scam to enrich Republican contractors. Not losing any sleep over this.

What say you all?
