"he Connecticut state senate approved a bill Thursday that would allow citizens to sue police officers who arrest them for recording in public, apparently the first of its kind in the nation."

I read just last week about a state where they keep telling the cops not to arrest for videoing. So now they arrest them for loitering.

of being told we have no expectation of privacy when we are out in public.. How DARE our public servants claim that they should be able to operate under a cloak of invisibility??!?
