"We are upset that Prime Minister Netanyahu wants to come here and defend his country? When someone who is a few hundred miles away wants nuclear weapons and has threatened to destroy his country of six or seven million people? Its smaller than New York City. Believe me, when I was Mayor of New York, if someone threatened to destroy New York City I would go anywhere, any place, any time, and I wouldnt give a damn what the President of the United States thought, to defend my country. That is a patriot. Thats a man who loves his people. Thats a man who protects his people. Thats a man who fights for his people. Unlike our president."http://www.westernfreepress.com/2015/02/13/a-raging-rudy-giuliani-destroys-obamas-feckless-islamism-and-iran-policies/
To recap: After receiving several deferments as a student, Giuliani applied for an occupational deferment as a law clerk, but his application was rejected. Giuliani appealed their decision, and asked the federal judge he was clerking for to petition the draft board for him. Which the judge did. When his deferment expired in 1970, Giuliani became susceptible to the draft. He received a high number and was never called. Giuliani has made it clear that if he had been called up, he would have served, says Katie Levinson, Giulianis spokesperson. He was opposed to the war in Vietnam on strategic and tactical grounds, she says. Asked to clarify what tactics Giuliani opposed, Levinson declined to offer specifics. Voters will choose the next commander-in-chief based on their whole record, and we believe the mayors record speaks for itself.

This is why Scott doesn't 'know' if Obama is Christian. This is an obvious ridiculous notion, but much discussed in wacko RW delusion bubbles

(14,532 posts)says and what he does are polar opposites. Even when he says he did something good when you peel back the surface you see how he profited from it. He boasts about busting the mob. Well he did release the grip that a mob had on city hall sanitation dept. When you look at who got the new contract, it was his cousin. Not to be confused with the cousin who married Rudy.
And then there is Mukasey. Giuliani's good buddy. Mukasey's wife worked on 911'a Mayoral campaigns, and son worked as a staff assistant for one campaign and at 911's law firm. Was Bernie Kerik ever indicted or tried on federal charges?
