http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/mississippi-judge-indicted-attack-black-manA white Mississippi Justice Court Judge who allegedly struck and yelled "run, n---er, run," at a mentally disabled black man in May has reportedly been indicted.
On Thursday, a grand jury served Justice Bill Weisenberger an indictment for simple assault on a vulnerable adult, the Clarion-Ledger reported.
according to the link - a the judge is accused of some instances of racially-based misapplications of justice - including charging and jailing an African American man of the non-existent charge of "roaming livestock."

(44,397 posts)At least he was indicted.
It would be nice to send him to spend some quality bonding time with those he treated poorly in his courtroom.
Cause and effect learning moments can be very effective for ignorant racists sometimes...although Judge Bill "Ignorant Scum" Weisenberger seems a hopeless case.

(48,955 posts)I hope he get's some of it - and is removed from office. Hopefully he goes before a judge like the one whose ruling was shared here yesterday on the three young men who beat and then ran over an African American man - and had admitted that they had targeted (and ultimately killed) the man because he was African American. He gave an awesome lecture. That judge might give this judge a few things to think about.

He's awesome.
But this Weisenberger dude is one of the WORST people in this nation. Hurting a disabled person for kicks? Dude is just sick.

(48,955 posts)if true - dude has been making up charges, from the bench, to throw some African Americans in jail. One accusation has him sending a man to jail for a crime that does not legally exist (if the source is accurate).
I could be wrong, but I believe his judgeship was an elective office. Scary - eh?!
It seems to me that most of the people in public office today are pretty evil. Maybe that's a requirement in 2015, or maybe it's always been that way.
But now, they don't even try to hide their evil. They just throw it up in our faces and laugh.
I hope Weisenheimer-berger whatever - gets a chance to think about what an evil POS he is, but I won't count on it.

(12,799 posts)Madison County Supervisor Karl Banks said last month the slowness was costing taxpayers as Weisenberger is still being paid his annual salary of $45,700, though he voluntarily stepped down from the bench.
A judge may only be forced to step down if he or she has been convicted of a felony or if the Supreme Court removes the judge.
