Cease-fire in Ukraine?

Just saw at CNN. They had a bulletin blurb.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko just had a televised press conference and ordered the Ukrainian troops to cease fire. I have also seen a report the "pro-Russian" in the south have also.

We shall see, I hope it does happen.
