5 Amazing New Discoveries About the Potential of Marijuana

I had surgery for bladder cancer over a year ago, which has not returned; so
this first one was of particular interest to me. Fortunately I live in Oregon,
where we just legalized weed.

* Men Who Smoke Pot Possess a Reduced Risk of Bladder Cancer
* Long-Term Pot Exposure Isn't Damaging to Lung Health
* Alcohol, Not Pot, Alters the Brain
* Marijuana Use Doesn’t Lead to Depression
* Marijuana Possesses a Unique Margin of Safety Compared to Other legal and Illegal Drugs

But I'm not sure that changes things much in this context ... as they do grow from
the ground or log and are ingested whole mostly .. which was what I was responding
to.

an herbal remedy. I think many modern drugs are derived from herbal remedies, aspirin and digitalis being the most obvious/well documented. Unfortunately the US gov't considers it a "substance".

the fact that even though both produce a "tar", Marijuana tar is different than Tobacco tar in that it is way more water-soluable, so it dissipates way quicker from the lungs. Add to that the sheer volume of smoke you inhale as a nicotine addict compared to the average pot smoker.

And now, with vaporizers you eliminate the whole tar element anyways.

It would be head-line news for 2-3 days, and would embolden
mj haters to ban it even where it's been legalized.

Very effective, no side effects noticed. Pot distilled/infused into glycerin, take a couple of drops on the tongue. Works wonders. Or so I hear.

Not that I actually would do such a thing. Because statute of limitations, yo.
