CFPB extending the comment period on new banking protections for college students.

—The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will delay new banking protections for college students.
The CFPB issued a draft guidance last month aimed at promoting banking services that are safe for college students to use, but is extending the comment period.
